Carl Nystuen, CFP^®, CPFA | Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor

Carl is a Montana native, born and raised throughout the state before moving to Bozeman in 2007. After completing a successful college career at Montana State University, where he earned a triple-major in business and competed for the Bobcat Cross Country and Track Team, Carl began his career as a financial advisor with D.A. Davidson in 2011. Today, he continues his involvement in the Bozeman community through his work as a board member with the Museum of the Rockies, Jake Jabs College of Business and the Montana Chamber Foundation. In the past, he has been involved with a variety of nonprofit committees and boards that include: Leadership Montana, MSU Alumni Foundation, MSU Bobcat Athletics, Family Promise, Big Brothers Big Sisters and Montanans for Higher Education. Carl's family has deep roots in the state of Montana, from Miles City to the Flathead Valley, where his family still resides. Carl and his wife Hilary can be found spending their spare time on the waters of Flathead Lake in the summer, ski slopes of Big Sky in the winter and the trails of the Gallatin Valley running and mountain biking throughout the year.

Danielle Potts, FPQP^TM | Registered Client Associate 

Danielle is also a Montana native, originally from Great Falls. She moved to Bozeman in 2015 to attend Montana State University, where she earned dual Bachelor's degrees in psychology and sociology. Before beginning a career in wealth management, Danielle spent time in the field of neuropsychology, administering psychometric testing for Bozeman Health. Danielle joined the Nystuen Wealth Management team in January of 2022, and brings with her a wealth of experience in client service. She is currently enrolled in the Family Financial Planning Master's degree program through MSU, and holds her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. In her spare time, she enjoys working on various crafts and participating in Montana's outdoor activities such as running, hiking, kayaking, and paddle boarding with her fiancé, Trevor.
